2. Service Description
TenderRadar is an AI-powered tender monitoring service that aggregates government procurement notices from public portals including GeM, CPPP, and NIC state portals. We provide AI-based matching, alerts, and application assistance.
3. Accuracy of Information
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date tender information. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. Always verify tender details directly on the official government portal before submitting a bid.
4. AI-Generated Content
The AI-generated application letters and assessments are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice. You are solely responsible for any bids or applications you submit using our AI-generated content.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Free plans are provided at no charge. Paid plans (Pro: ₹499/month, Business: ₹1,499/month) are billed monthly via Razorpay. All prices include applicable GST. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use TenderRadar to scrape or resell data, send automated bulk queries, or use the service in any way that violates Indian law.
7. Limitation of Liability
TenderRadar is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of our service, including missed tender deadlines or unsuccessful bids.
