Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

TenderRadar subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. We offer a 7-day refund window for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund.

After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges; your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Eligibility for Refund

• First payment only, within 7 days of activation
• Technical issues that prevented you from using the service
• Duplicate charges due to payment errors

How to Request a Refund

Email support@tenderradar.in with:

• Your registered email address
• Payment reference number (from Razorpay)
• Reason for the refund request

We process refunds within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
