TenderRadar — AI-Powered Government Tender Monitoring

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when signing up: company name, email address, GSTIN, WhatsApp number, and keywords describing your business. We also collect usage data (pages visited, tenders viewed) to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

To match government tenders to your company profile using AI
To send you daily email or WhatsApp digests of matched tenders
To process subscription payments via Razorpay
To improve our matching algorithms

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Supabase — database and authentication provider
Razorpay — payment processing
Resend — email delivery
Interakt — WhatsApp notifications
Anthropic — AI text generation (Claude)

4. Data Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase with row-level security. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. Payment card information is handled entirely by Razorpay and never stored on our servers.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing support@tenderradar.in. We will delete your data within 30 days.
